Daniel Corzo

Daniel Corzo was born in October 24, 1963 in Córdoba, Argentina. His artistic activity began in 1982, at 18 years old, since then on he has played in many and varied local formations of rock, jazz and fusion.
In 1989 he entered to the State Conservatory of Music "Félix T. Garzón" of Córdoba, graduating like Professor in Guitar three years later. He took private lessons by correspondence with Alan of Mause during several years. From 1997 he studies with Pino Marrone, in Buenos Aires.
From 1985 to 2001 he has been regular Jazz Guitar teacher at "La Colmena" School of Popular Music, of Córdoba, recognized institution inside the country; where also teached "Improvisation" in the basic cycle, and "Lab of Styles II & III" in the Tertiary level.
He dictated clinics in many opportunities in different towns of the country, and in particular his "Solo Jazz Guitar" clinic in Río Cuarto, La Rioja, Santa Fe (UNL), and Paraná, and in Walter Malosetti's Jazz Guitar School in Buenos Aires.
As a solo jazz guitarist, some of his performances were in "Guitarras del Mundo", "Festival Jazz en Abril" (Mar del Plata); and "La Plata Jazz Festival 2nd & 3rd Edition"; "Festival de Guitarras del NO"
