He was born in February, 1975.
Son
of the composer and bandoneonist
Dino
Saluzzi, grew up in a purely musical environment during all
his infancy.
At the age of 7 he initiated in the music playing drums and
percussion.
From that moment he begun to study music together with his
father
living in Europe.
At
the age of 15 he forms the group Saluzzi Family with his father,
recording an album for the German seal
ECM called "Mojotoro"
like drumer of the group.

| After
several concerts and tours with this project for the country
and the foreigner, at the age of 16 he studied theory and
piano with Liliana Manzitti, but before going on to the guitar
had an approximation to electric bass , when he bought him
a bass to the bassist who in that moment was playing in the
band.

He studied
and played bass for one year in diverse groups and also in Saluzzi
Family. But his real passion came at the age of 17, after a frustrated
pass for the career of guitar in the General San Marín Conservatoire
of Buenos Aires, very influenced by the American guitarist Al DiMeola,
who donated one of his acoustic guitars and woke up in himself the
stimulus of the taste for the instrument.

He began his studies
with two pioneers of the Argentine guitar: Walter Malosetti
and Aníbal Arias
who has taken part together with Dino
in the National Orchestra of the Tango
in the decade of 70,
considered as one of the most
important guitarists of tango together
with Roberto Grela.

After five years he returns to record " la cite de la
Musique " with his father and the bassist Marc Johnson,
in this opportunity as guitarist. With this album recorded
in Norway, he has played and participated in the most important
theatres and festivals of jazz and contemporary music around
the world.

Thanks to the great impulse of having taken part together with his
father playing all over the world, he began to study composition
in Catholic University of Argentina in where he studied two years
of music and followed his studies of piano with Eduardo Arias. He
presented his own projects with different national and international
musicians.

In the local area he has taken part in projects with musicians as
César Franov, Sebastián Zambrana, Enrique Sinesi,
Javier Malosetti, Beto Satragni, Alejandro Franov, Matías
Cifuentes, Carlos Rivero and Mariana Baraj among others. In the
international area Marc Johnson shared concerts and projects with
musicians as Arto Tuncboyaci, Roby Amin, Palle Daniellsson, Palle
Mikkelborg, Jim Hall, Michel Benita y Jürgen Schwenkglenks
among others.

Lately, he has performed concerts and works in Argentina and Europe
presenting music of his authorship and taking part in two productions
for the stamp ECM with Dino Saluzzi Family and Dino Saluzzi Trio
including the Swedish bassist Palle Daniellsson whose works will
be known in 2003.
